Invitation from Former PCUSA Moderator Heath Rada and the Pilgrims of Ibillin

You are invited to attend a gathering at Montreat (Upper Anderson) on May 29 at 7pm to hear Archbishop Emeritus Elias Chacour.  A three-time Nobel Peace Prize Nominee, Chacour was born to a Palestinian Christian family in the village of Biram in Upper Galilee, and along with his whole village, experienced the tragedy of eviction by Israeli authorities in 1948.  He was ordained and appointed as priest of St. George Melkite Catholic Church in Ibillin, and fulfilled his vision of bringing children, youth and adults of different faith traditions to live and work together in peace.
