Fall is upon us, and the CE committee is pleased to introduce you to the start of our programmatic year. We are looking forward to kicking off the start of our Sunday School program on September 11 at 9:45am.
The Fellowship Class will begin DVD a series titled “Living the Questions”. It’s described as an open-minded alternative to studies that attempt to give participants all the answers. Instead, it strives to create an environment where participants can interact with one another in exploring what’s next for Christianity. The series features thirty acclaimed scholars, theologians and other experts.
The class meets in the adult classroom in the Ransom Fellowship Hall. All adults, including students, are welcome to join us.
Our children will begin the year learning about the story of Joseph in the Old Testament. Children 5 and older are welcome to join us any Sunday for Sunday School, which begins at 9:45am. Classes are taught by volunteer teachers and are supported by our nursery staff. The classroom is located at the back of the Ransom Fellowship Hall, next to the nursery. If you would like to volunteer as a teacher, please let Beth Newman know. We will be organizing a brief teacher-training within the next month.
